814578 – Larry-not approved, needs to modify ICF. Currently states IFC is a ‘benefit’.
816217 – Hee Kwon—not approved, no MRI protocol, no BEN#, needs IRB approval.
816117 – Norm-pending approval, needs to confirm which experim sequence is to be used.
TEVA – (??IRB#) Mark-pending approval. Norm to confirm if gad only for dynamic scanning.
Renewals – 4
¡ NAYA –Kathleen-PRODEV-pending meeting with Mitch re: prodev handling. Looking to renew 8 leftover slots. No IFC, confirm scanner.
¡ 813708 (AHEAD) –Margaret-Approved (some reviewer comments made re: language & updating but since this is a renewal the 2012 renewal policy is to ‘grandfather in’ non-standard language since it was already reviewed & approved ‘as-is’ a year or more prior to the most recent 2012 review.
