Tumor Response Measurement (RECIST) Services

Services are provided for radiologic analysis of cross sectional imaging (CT and MRI) performed in the course of clinical trials.  Services include tumor response assessment by RECIST, mRECIST (RECIST 1.1) and WHO models.  Where appropriate, incorporation of ancillary nuclear medicine studies (e.g. bone scan, SPECT, or FDG-PET) is provided for uniformity in reporting.

The RECIST lab also provides services for anonymization of image sets for delivery to sponsors or CROs.  Protocols requiring quantitative or specialized review of other imaging modalities (e.g. PET, bone scan), or quantitation of tumor size by other response models, require personnel consultation with the CIC (see Project Developm
